Refund policy

If the unlock does not work for you, you can have your money back. Within 14 days of purchase, email privatedownload.energetic190@passmail.net from the address you bought with and we will ask Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, to refund the full amount. No questions beyond what we need to find the order.

We would be grateful for a privacy-safe report from the popup's Help section if a site did not work, because it helps us fix it, but it is not a condition of the refund.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method and normally appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Where consumer law in your country provides longer or additional rights, those rights apply.
