What you are buying
The Private Downloader unlock is a license key that removes the free-tier limit on stream downloads in the Private Downloader browser extension. It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The key is delivered on a claim page after checkout and can be reclaimed at any time with the email address used to buy it.
Who sells it
The unlock is sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller for payment, tax, invoicing, and refund purposes, and its terms apply to the transaction. Private Downloader provides the software and support.
License
The key grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the unlocked features on devices you own or control. It may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to provide the software to others. Keys found in public circulation may be revoked in a future release.
The software
Private Downloader saves media that your browser can already play from the sites you visit. It does not bypass DRM, encryption designed to prevent copying, logins, or paywalls, and it refuses YouTube by policy. You are responsible for using it in accordance with the terms of the websites you use and the law where you live. Compatibility with any particular site is not guaranteed; the free tier exists so you can verify that it works for you before buying.
Updates and availability
The unlock covers the current major version and updates to it. We may change the free tier, prices, or supported formats for future purchases at any time; such changes do not affect keys already issued.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Downloader is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
